Wednesday morning class with Pete @ 11.30am is open to all so if you can't make the evenings, then this is for you, whether your a beginner or an experienced martial artist and ALL styles are welcome.

Junior Beginners from age 7 to 14 are welcome every  Wednesdays @ 7pm & Saturdays @ 1pm - just drop in.

Little Dragons Class for Four to Six year old kids every Fri @ 5pm - just drop in!

Ladies only Morning Fitness & Conditioning Session with Clodagh every Tuesday @ 10.15am.
